Here’s how the program works: I have created themes for each week. Every Monday/Wednesday/Friday, you will receive a video that is five minutes or less on that specific theme. Then, on the other days of the week, you will receive a text message from me helping reinforce the concepts from those videos (and get you pumped up!).
